Fantastic location, very clean and tidy for the price.

it’s location is fantastic. Next door to the gym. although I didn’t use it as it was way too overpriced. The ocean is down the road, plenty of food options close by

The water pressure in bathroom was poor, the shower was fine but the taps and bidet were useless. There was no kitchen/eating facilities, but plenty on the road so wasn’t a big deal. No TV either for those nights you just want to lay in bed and maybe watch a movie.

Great pool and aesthetic design - comfy rooms and good aircon. Check in was nice and easy - they assisted with local directions and close to many instagram famous cafes

Room doors didn’t feel very safe as they were just two sliding doors with a lock. Can get noisy as people walk by your room if a morning for cleaning but nothing excessive - no tv in my room.

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation as long as other guests behave decently.

This is a very pleasant place to stay. Nice location, excellent pool, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Quite a lot of mosquitoes so bring your repellent.

Unfortunately my stay was disrupted when I was woken at 3:30 am by shouting and very loud conversation. There was no evidence that the staff were aware of the problem because the noise persisted, intermittently, for nearly an hour. Also, when I arrived I agreed to pay extra to upgrade my room from a small room with no external seating area to a larger room with a verandah with a table and two nice wooden armchairs where I could sit with my friend. I was annoyed that on two evenings, the guest who was in the small room that I had rejected helped herself to one of my chairs and covered it with wet clothes. That meant that my friend and I had to sit on my bed. I asked the hotel staff to intervene, which they did, but our evening was spoiled, and I resented paying extra for a facility which I couldn’t use because of another guest’s inconsiderate behaviour.

Good

Staff is very friendly and the location is excellent. Since it's down an alley there's some quiet from the street. WiFi was relatively consistent, but it was still necessary to have a backup for work.

There is NO fitness center, laundry service or restaurant on the premises as advertised. The gym next door, which is very well stocked, will cost around 400k a day. There is a restaurant menu, but you're effectively ordering delivery from a nearby restaurant, in a city with lots of options on Grab. I never had hot water in the shower. The pool view rooms have blackout curtains, so it can get completely dark which can be nice, but there's no way to let in sunlight without sacrificing privacy. The glass doors also mean little sound filtering.

Lovely place near the beach, bars and restaurants.

Great location, 10-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by amazing cafes, bars and restaurants. The place is clean, and peaceful, the pool is refreshing and the rooms are large and comfortable. Looks like the pictures. The staff is super helpful and lovely and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Three main things: 1. Lack of Bathroom Privacy I'm not sure who decided on this hotel trend to put insanely large windows with 0 privacy options in bathrooms. If you opt for the windows in front of toilets to give the impression the room is bigger, to ensure natural light that's fine, BUT please provide some blinds, you know...in case someone doesn't want to stare in someone else's eyes as they poop... 2. Lack of Facilities Don't offer food and drinks if you don't source them or can't serve them. I am aware they are doing it to be helpful to the guests but it's okay, the hotel is surrounded by food options. We ordered coffee and smoothie bowls one morning. They arrived 55 minutes later brought from somewhere else, wrapped in cellophane and tape. The coffee was cold and the smoothie was warm, it leaked everywhere...we didn't have plates or spoons or napkins...it was a disaster. If we knew, we could have either ordered it ourselves from Grab, or just went 5 minutes down the road for a sit-in. 3. Lack of Communication Allow guests to put a sign on the door to communicate whether they want cleaning, or to not be disturbed. Several mornings, super helpful staff was knocking on our glass doors (that clearly had the blinds pulled) waking us, to ask us if we wanted cleaning.
